The Bicycle Fit Is a Great Idea
Make sure that your shoes aren't worn out, particularly if you're wearing maximal shoes. Over pronation can really cause of imbalancing your shoe that can exacerbate a knee issue kind of thing. But I definitely think the bike fit is a great idea. And it's not to say that there's a wrong shoe or right shoe for this area,. It's understanding how the shoe itself might play a role in this process.
