How Can Dietary Strategies Help Your Athletes?
Athletes often skimp on their diet in the sense that some of these K-food groups are displaced and stuff, I typically find they're the ones that do. If you can get them to start to think about dietary strategies that impact on that, that can be a real door opener and game changer for them as well. A cyclist who was referred to me by sports physician because he just kept getting sick all the time could string multiple weeks of training together after changing his diet. His dad said it's the first time he's ever been able to put four weeks of solid training together without having to back off the load from what was originally planned.
