The Key to Developing an Erobic Base

The key to developing an erobic base is to be able to measure it. If you can run faster at the same sub max heart rate, you'd develop some arobic base. And if you do that, you will compete much better in any endurance event. It's really sad. We we have this society that is, it's a no pan, nogain society. I not just in sports, in in our work, ethic, i mean, everything. But in sports it's, you know, no pain, no gain. The problem is, humans would naturally develop an arobicbase because, intuitivelyw we knew what to do.
