It's normal for your deadlift to be heavier than the squat. It's always the case with females. I have never seen a female who could not deadlift more than she squatted after two years. Yeah, it shouldn't happen with guys either. There are physical reasons why anatomical abnormalities would explain why your deadlift is stuck before anything else.
