How to Make Puff Pastry
Puff pastry is like making a sandwich you take two layers of lindo and then you squeeze a layer of butter in between that's the starting point. You basically flatten that sandwich out and then you fold it on its self like a wallet so at zero turn obviously you only have three layersYou've got dough butter and dough it burns in the oven it starts very interesting at at one turn you've got three times three layers minus two because some of them are fusing together That's seven layers total and when you bake that it's kind of burnt as well but it's snappy yeah now if you stack a few layers of snappiness you get some consciousness oh okay okayYeah and
