How to Increase Methylation in Sleep

My favorite experiment was uh trimester glycine like six grams before bed Um, right before bed. And um I found That it worked very very well for six days and then it dropped off the face of a cliff. It really depends on your um methylation or what combination of snips you haveI think because the methyl donors for me obviously i'm sucking them up and going I need these bad boys  for critical processes Whereas for you you probably got a very different Profile to me. So therefore not needing them for the same reasons and therefore up regulating things whereas for me They're actually baselining things.
