The Effects of TV on Sleep

The biggest thing I look for isn't color. It's light. Light is the biggest offender for sleep without question, right? Because when light hits your eye, there's a certain type of light called blue light that turns off the melatonin faucet in your brain. So most people wear them to follow when they're falling asleep to read or to watch television. That's usually how they do it. And I'm also a proponent. I let people watch TV to fall asleep. I'm the only sleep doctor that says it's okay. Do you think that it's like, I sometimes find like it relax?"
