I would definitely do the body building training for a long time without and at least commit toli, two years ecause that's when youll really start to see the results. Give yourself two years before you think about competing. Competing is not the, competing shouldn't be the goal of getting into body building. You will experience so many great benefits from body building without having to go on like a 16 wiat cut. I feel likelike consistent work. You don't still have a social life, but you dont gain that muscle. And then at the end of two years, then you'll have like, a more impressive physique. You'll have a good amount of muscle mass.
