Can You Send Out Questionnaires to Your Customers?
Clavion: The key is to keep it really simple. You ask the ones that you are in contact with, for instance, through email or physically ask them. I find that quite a few brands we work with, we almost write questionnaires for them and say, can you send these out to your customers? We get like maybe 50 out of 10,000 actually fill out the questionnaire. What are your thoughts on that? Is that a good amount? Is that not enough?
