The Importance of Weight Classes in Weightlifting
I'm about 150 right now walking around like I feel strong and I live for getting pretty strong. As far as the weightlifting side, my training though, I do feel a bit slower, which I don't like. My endurance isn't as much there, but also just hasn't been focusing on endurance yet. So this is all going to be totally about performance. What's what's the weight class we're going for? And where do you weigh right now?
