When we're training, basically carbs are just the easiest and most available food source for the muscles. We store some fat in our muscles, but not much. And it takes a lot longer for that fat to become energy for those muscles. So one of my favorite things to do is when you have people that quote unquote like feel skinny fat, right? It's actually going to start changing their experience in the gym.
