How to Create a Narrative for Organic Marketing
The customer didn't yet have a narrative for the their company, basically just like an aligned talk track that was helping them in their marketing efforts. So they decided we needed a narrative to do this. We worked closely with the CEO and several other SMEs in the company to craft a narrative. They came back with some really great revisions for how we think we can make it stronger. This narrative is actually what we use to create their content strategy that has four content pillars within it. And then also helping them immediately make step changes on their website.
