TK: I've gone through some terrible gut health over the last four and a half years. The first thing I did was eliminate anything that damages my gut microbiome. After removing all fiber from my diet for a period of time, it ended up being a couple of years. Every day I'm eating really high quality fermented carrots and beets and cabbage and kimchi. And I'm also drinking water kefir or coconut water keFir. That was really important for me and my gut health repopulated because I took antibiotics for 13 years.
