Is There a Common Thread or Are There Areas That Need Work?

I think self awareness is a good place to start. We all come equipped with some real mental strength here. I'm always focused on the opposite side. There's a lot of strengths out there that just from started, from the time you bought your first pair of trail shoes and had the courage to show up and sign up for a race. But yet, no one, no one lines up and finishes, or even attempts, at my opinion, but nep, deftinitly finishes.
