Is Your Triceps Reaching Their Full Potential?
I remember reading an article by Louie saying your triceps never reached their full potential. So I did 16 weeks of speed bench with bands and then rack lockouts, every different grip board presses five, 600 pounds. On week 17, I'm going to be the strongest I've ever been in my life. When you go back to straight weight, I'll never forget how light the weight felt.
