I take 200 milligrams of testosterone a week and two different and two divided dosages. I have been getting blood work done for the last, me. Not enough for the last about four or five years. Most everything is checking out to be fairly optimal every once in a while. There's something a little off, but it's like not a major. Don't think too much with training. It's more about getting there and train by the general principles of the overload principle.
