The Basics of the Ketogenic Diet
There are numerous variations of the ketogenic diet. The bottom line is really simple. A ketogenic diet has one definitive biomarker. So test urine or test your blood. Make sure you've got ketones. If you don't have ketones, you're definitely not on a Ketogenic diet. You need to have reasonably higher than normal ketones. Number two, eat real whole food. Avoid things that are highly processed with lots of chemicals. And that's it. That would be the general ketogenic thing I would recommend.
