Leaders need to be more responsive and disruptive. Hiring somebody who has really strong geniuses is actually extraordinarily dangerous because they're not supposed to use them. I think especially when it comes to responsive and disruptive or maybe not especially but certainly in regard to that that is something to really consider.
The best type of leader is always a self-aware one, however that doesn't mean certain Working Geniuses aren't sometimes better suited for specific organizations, roles, or situations. This week, Pat, Cody and Tracy discuss the difference between responsive and disruptive leaders.
