Why Do You Have to Pay Commission to Sales People?

What sales person does not want to have compensation tied to performance? Or are you hiring non-sales people and calling them ambassadors or something? No, no, we have died in the world of sales people. You see, you're hiring cutthroat sales people. And then removing the scoreboard. They still have a scoreboard as everybody else. So they see what their sales are. But they don't get a commission check. Correct. Do you want to know what? Yeah, I'm perplexed. Why does it work?
