How to Start a CrossFit Gym
Before he went in the military I was like I just didn't have any endurance training. CrossFit gave me that but then it gave me the ability to open this very like inexpensive warehouse and I had this gym. We still use the conjugate method so we can get people doing loaded carry sled push pushes, things like that. That is what really kind of was the catalyst for other people wanting to know about my programming I write start writing programs for other CrossFit gyms.
