How to Be a Thousand True Fans
In the creator economy, there's a huge power law where top few people on YouTube make most of the money. I'm curious if there's a way changing incentives or something to flatten this distribution out so that more people can earn a middle class living in there. Or is the solution kind of like to fractally go down into niches and be at the top of your power law, but in your tiny corner of the world? You could still find a thousand people. But we need even better tools to do that kind of matchmaking.
