In general, my training approach is that we are building up the tree disciplines on qruit same level. It's not just about t economization, but it just, first we open up the engine. What we are doing with vew to max and with this cadence work,. We are opening up, building up some wark connections, some some bigger noro stimulus. And from there on, we go. Some cadence work, then speed as a sprinting, short, short effent in training for example. The others occur every 20 or 30 minutes, to a six second sprint out of the saddle, in the saddle, techniques or technical pats. This is all part
