Is There Efficiency?

When we were training full time, you know, i could do my 20 mile runs and back it up with ha swim. And that efficiency just came that i wasn't eating much more than three thousand calories a day. I he'd become so efficient, he'd been doing his whole career. Thut for him, taking a jollat around three hours into a three out forty five race, he was pretty much set. He didn't need any colors.
