Are You Running Slower Than You Would Ever Have Known?

If you feel like your long run wasn't quite long enough in the lead up to it or whatever, just set off slower than you would ever have run your five K. So if your five K time is half an hour, which is going to be, you know, 10 minute miles pretty much. Just, just go back a little bit and just go a little bit slower. And yeah, I would bet that she'll be absolutely fine. I think she's going to absolutely smash it.
