i have a real concern over trackers in general, and not at all soing they can't be useful for some people. Al thing's a track sure it can mostate behaviour, but on that one day where it goes up. And i personally, i've seen, even with blood pressiur monesters,. i've seen patients over the ears tie themselves up in knots and have health anxiety. So i guess i would just urge a not of caution as well for people. I think that's absolutely right. How do you know if you're getting enough sleep, what the factors are? That's the most important yer.
