How to Build a Successful Product Team

You want a product slash do everything it takes sort of person. So in this products case, when someone who understands the metals and machine learning side, you wanted people who can like build lots of really interactive front end product. And so as few people as possible with the maximum number of skills, then they don't have to be great at all those things. They just need to be willing to do it, to do it enough to test and then just let those folks run.
