The Importance of Consistency in Training

The performance puzzle definitely looks different on both sides. The fundamentals are the same, it's like one of the preconceptions that people will come when they talk to me for coaching for the first time. You're just talking about doing the basic things right first, right, getting those basics right first. For these guys, it's about not only about executing the training, you know, just like create consistency. These are things I learnt from Joe Freil, right? First thing you've got to do is create consistency and training,. improve frequency of training then finally you can get into a little bit more intensity, but that might take a year or two.
