We have a tendency to create organizations that they are far away to pyramidal. I think this is okay for certain things, but if you want true success, why wouldn't create organization is flatter? Mass flatter will always have much better input than middle organizations. Nobody is afraid to raise their hand or use a speak with a race in the hand because sometimes you need quickness. This is what I believe should be very well-run organizations especially in emergencies.
