What Is Chrono Nutrition?
A species unique method of survival will determine whether it should be awake during the daytime or night time. We sleep during this non productive phase to conserve our energy and restore ourselves. When we're awake, our physiologies are primed to do stuff,. And when we're asleep, our s are prime to not do stuff, ok? So humans aren't really well suited for the night time. Our eyes are more adapted to day light.
