You can't be two seventy five and three hundred with a four hundred pound squat or even a five hundred pound squat. You have to get used to the idea that you have to eat more than you want to eat every time you sit down to eat. That's how, and you're not going to get fat. What's going to grow is your muscle mass because you're training. If you put two inches on your waist, who gives a shit? You've put six inches on your chest. So I mean, why do you want to be small?"
