Some of us who've been in recovery for a while still struggle with this knowing where to start with self-care so what are ways both of you can begin implementing self-care into our routines? I think getting curious first and asking ourselves the questions and really diving into what our needs are is key. And then along the practical lines just a couple things write it in your calendar whatever even if it's 10 minutes 30 minutes because there's some young moms out there that say there's no way I don't even go to the bathroom by myself.
