How Do You Know if You're Going to Walk One Mile?
A lot of people are going and currently seeking therapy for things like not enough hip extension too much hip flexion. The way that you would naturally speed or slow up is different than what's being created by when you're on the treadmill so there's those which I find interesting because of the trickle-down effect of the way you use your body as the way your muscles you know and adapt.
