We must learn to tolerate distress, people with anx iety or distress and fear, even small things. The more in fear that the mind is marinating in, the more everything becomes fearful. We also are helped with meta cognition, and that's having an awareness of thinking itself. I'm seeing myself as so much more than the thoughts that are going through our minds. It takes time, but this is where we can learn it.
