The Importance of Understanding Your Beliefs

In order to deprogram, you have to begin to understand what beliefs you actually have. Do we believe that somebody who's in a larger body doesn't care about their health? Or is that a thought that just kind of makes its way through? Are we a type of person who believes that movement has to be formal, that it must be an intentional set amount every day? Otherwise it doesn't count that those belief systems have lasted us through time and they don't serve us.
