It gathers about two million people's experiences a year and has five million qualitative comments left via its website that are just stuck inside individual providers. So we need to combine all the feedback together and make it more than the sum of its parts so we can scan across what are the problems that go beyond the individual service. We then address that and design our service in a better way thank you both for joining us today.
