The Importance of Range in Training
I don't know anyone who's been training for years who hasn't been pinned by one of those things at some point along the way. I still do get squashed so bad he snapped both of his legs. We have so focused on it's got to go full range at one end of the veteran but sometimes we forget about the other as well. Having a controlled contraction in full knee extension on something like a hat squat is going to be key as well.
