The Dystopian Idea of Empathy
I like to think that developing empathy for a stakeholder in understanding what motivates them is only going to make you more likely to succeed. We all have a role to play, but I think part of being a really good stakeholder is also understanding your weaknesses. And then being able to recognize how to either fill those weaknesses or surrounding yourself with people whose strengths then fill those weaknesses.
