Is Drinking Hot Liquids Good for You?
The tradition of drinking hot liquids seems to be a good thing to do. Coffee has caffeine and caffeine as we know frees up free fatty acids and gives you some energy. I drink my caffeine my coffee I work out and then I go for a walk, says JW. Some religions are against hot drinks and alcohol which is a fermented thing.
