Do You See Equity as a Potential Long Term Gain?
The bonus is computed off of total bookings or the annual recurring revenue that a salesperson will bring in. On the equity side, do sales folks usually get equity at all stages of a company? Or do you see it usually at like earlier stages or later stages? Whereas in most common these things. It's definitely more common in the earlier stage because early stage companies are a little bit more cash conscious.
