What Is Positioning and How Does It Work?
The first thing that I recommend companies do is we get agreement on the positioning. And then what we do is we take that positioning and we translate it into a sales narrative. So from that point forward, we assume that the positioning is locked down until it isn't. We need to check in on it regularly just to make sure that it still works.
