Anxiety is a symptom. It can show up in so many different ways in all of us. One person might have the occasional, basically a youth thymic or healthy baseline and occasionally punctuated by a panic attack out of the blue. Someone else might exist with a chronic low grade state of generalized anxiety,. always worrying, always tense, difficulty falling asleep. Somebody else really might just have social anxiety or someone might have obsessive compulsive tendencies.
