Derek: As a teacher, it may not be the most loud thing that's pronounced as important to the job. It's really how well do you listen. And we get because of our position, I think a lot of teachers get caught up in feeling like they have to know everything before they embark on any difficult journey with students. The minute you can let that go and just know that you, you won't ever know it all. Derek: But if this conversation would have happened four or five years ago, it probably would have gone as well. Because you've gone through these training programs, it improved your ability to be a good ally. You're able to sit in the discomfort
