The Importance of Formalizing Customer Support
In terms of what doesn't cause there because I think it's such an important point that we actually haven't touched on. It is this like additional to we talked about social media we talked about outbound. We have not talked about leveraging customers or sort of like raving fans of your product. And one thing that I wonder if you've been delivered about and I recommend to be delivered about is some sort of a strategy around just thinking about, okay, we know who the customers are that love us.
