How to Deal With Anxiety in 20-Somethings

Many 20-somethings are stressed and anxious, but avoidant. And then by the time they're in their later 20s, they're stressed and anxious and panicked because they can't avoid anymore. So what I try to do is to help 20-year-olds just go ahead and engage with what's making them anxious. It doesn't mean you have to have a death job or a briefcase tomorrow. Just means to take up intentionally what you think you might like out of adulthood.
