Josh: In the hierarchy of training variables for strength in the short t moderate term proximate to failure, slash set structure, is going to be dead last. Things like volume load frequency are going to likely actually drive the response. proximity to failure does not seem to have a direct effect on strength outcomes at this time. But it has lots of not indirect effects, right? Josh: As always, that's going to be subject to change as more stuff comes out. The next part will focus on how we view fatigue and kind of how we've been talking about the fitness model here.
