How to Gladden Your Mind and Install a New Habit
If we want to undo the negativity bias in our brains, we need to intentionally gladden the mind. To install a new habit or state of mind, you have to invoke a positive experience and then sustain it in awareness for 15 to 30 seconds. The first area that we can begin to gladden themind and install that positive state is on purpose gratitude.
