The Importance of Self-Awareness
The biggest roadblock to that is if you don't have self-awareness around how you see the world and what would complement you. If it's someone that looks like you and kind of thinks like you, they're not going to be able to give you that advice. So I've found from some of the people that I've reached out to kind of be advisory in some sense, it's invaluable to information they give.
