The Importance of Knowing Your Trading System
Knowing what your position is so that you can trade it is the most important thing. I'd just intolerate people who, through their hands up about, quote unquote, the system probably doesn't happen today. And then two, I guess what I really did was train people to have their opinion and not over manage when they're wrong. You don't want to clone of yourself.
