Stoicism is a philosophy of life. You should have this grand goal that you're aiming at, and then fill in the lesser goals. Most people don't have a grand goal. What they do as they just wing it day to day. And stoics were rational. So does stoicism have anything to say about how you work with a highly activated state of emotion, like an anxiety? How you working with a very highly emotional state? That's a really fascinating thing that i'd like to explore a little bit more.
