Most countries don't snack. We've got to realize we're the outlier because we've been pressured by the food industry to buy these, you know, pseudo healthy products that are generally bad for us. And I think it's really important we listen to our hunger signals. My daughter eats probably three meals a day and some snacks when she first gets home from school. She sometimes doesn't even have her breakfast on a weekend till midday. So she's a little bit more like Tim. But my son is like me and eats probably every hour to two hours. They're both slim,. they're both healthy, and I've allowed them to make those choices to listen to their hunger signals
